How the Technological Advances Can Change Our Lives

Phone craze

In 1876 the first telephone was created . During that time only scientists and the 1 percent of the population were able to permit themselves such a luxury item. Edison/Berliner transmitter gave people the ability to communicate with their peers who were in different house holds. Many believed that this was the final frontier of communication. However, the inception of cell phones surpassed all expectations. Initially the mobile phones were so big that people preferred to have them built in their vehicles. Current cell phone is a whole different animal. In contrast to their ancestors our mobile phones are weightless and cost nothing.

Theyve become so accessible that its normal for a child or a senior to have one. Words like Smart Phones and Reverse phone look ups have become part of our vocabularies. Some 3rd world countries are seriously considering providing their citizens exclusively with mobile networks instead of land ones. It costs less to build a network of cellular phone towers than to create a landline network.

What people should know

Cell phones are great. But public needs to pay close attention to how they evolve. For example previous reverse phone look ups, allowed you to get the individuals name and static address. But some of todays reverse cell phone traces allow you to get the exact location of the person who is carrying the cell phone. This can be a major security risk.

But then again, if you are only inquiring about the location of your child it can be an indispensable service. Reverse mobile tracing is just one of the issues. Scientists are still debating if prolonged exposure to cell phone waves is linked to cases of brain tumours.

Answer

In my opinion, the leaders of our nations should look more closely into the rapidly growing cellular network industrys trends and vote on required legislation if peoples rights and health are being threatened. In all probability this is the only sure way to defend a buyer in the current market.
